Therapists are clean, respectful and professional, please extend us the same courtesy. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the salon during your treatment. Any anti-social behaviour will be reported to the police.
Please do not pressure the therapists, appointments do not always run exactly to time so please book when you are not time pressed.
Deposits of 30% will be required on all treatment bookings. The deposit is non-refundable. Your appointment can be rescheduled once, as long as at least 24hrs notice is given. Deposits will be refunded or transferred should the salon need to cancel or rearrange your appointment for any reason.
The text reminder service is automated, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, we will not be held responsible for you losing your deposit should the text reminder system fail.
Please do not bring your children to your appointments with you (they are not permitted in the treatment rooms), unless they are old enough to sit quietly and unsupervised in the reception area during a short appointment slot.
